Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize user experience and feature performance.
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Improve data integrity by managing pipelines and troubleshooting ETL processes.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data visualization and statistical modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into non-technical business narratives.
- Experience working in a cloud-based environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
