Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and integrate diverse datasets from multiple sources
- Develop advanced analytical models using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support decision-making
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize business processes
- Partner with product teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and KPI frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance and ethical data usage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, window functions) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis methods
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist)
