Responsibilities

- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data relationships
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify emerging market trends
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data quality standards through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion funnels and user engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling techniques
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
