Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define and track product telemetry.
- Develop robust predictive models to forecast churn, user behavior, and revenue projections.
- Present actionable data-driven insights to executive leadership to influence quarterly roadmaps.
- Manage end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the enterprise ecosystem.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data visualization and statistical rigor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimization).
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong command of Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
- Experience working in a SaaS-based environment or fast-growth startup is highly preferred.
