Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and success metrics for new features.
- Develop robust predictive models to forecast user behavior and market shifts.
- Clean, process, and validate large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the enterprise.
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and storytelling.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong command of Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into technical execution.
