We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to bridge the gap between technical data engineering and business strategy. You will play a pivotal role in visualizing trends, identifying growth opportunities, and mentoring junior analysts in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain complex SQL queries to extract actionable insights from multi-source databases.
- Design and deploy interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to track critical business KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data-driven project requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analyses to identify bottlenecks in user acquisition and retention funnels.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to improve operational efficiency across the firm.
- Present high-level data findings to leadership teams to support product roadmap development.
- Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data governance and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings into non-technical insights.
