Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from disparate sources.
- Design and deploy interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to track critical business KPIs.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define success metrics and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to optimize user growth and retention.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, executive-level presentations for stakeholders.
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual workload and increase team efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data modeling and statistical analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for statistical programming and data manipulation.
- Demonstrated experience in statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
