Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and identify emerging trends
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to evaluate product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems and database architecture
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record of translating data into business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies
