Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis on large, unstructured datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to ensure data accuracy and real-time availability.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data governance framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value.
