Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and implement robust tracking solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights.
- Develop predictive models to support customer churn reduction and user growth initiatives.
- Present complex data narratives to executive stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Demonstrated expertise with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership.
