Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau or Looker to track key performance indicators.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable executive-level presentations.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory analysis to identify trends and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data tracking requirements.
- Develop and automate robust ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis to optimize user acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data visualization and statistical modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex, efficient queries.
- Expertise in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Demonstrated experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
