Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and instrumentation.
- Build and optimize SQL queries for massive datasets to ensure high-performance reporting.
- Present data-backed recommendations to leadership to guide quarterly strategic planning.
- Perform A/B testing analysis to validate product feature impact.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and documentation across all internal warehouses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong grasp of statistical methodologies, probability, and hypothesis testing.
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a cloud-based data environment (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
