Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau or Looker to monitor key business performance indicators.
- Translate business questions into analytical projects, performing deep-dive analyses to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure high-quality data collection.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase team efficiency and reduce manual data preparation.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize user experience and product conversion rates.
- Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership through compelling, data-backed narratives.
- Build and maintain robust SQL queries to extract data from Snowflake and Google BigQuery data warehouses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their practical application in business environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
