Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business strategy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Build and maintain SQL databases, writing complex queries and stored procedures to support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports detailing performance metrics and growth opportunities.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize data collection and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced data modeling.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical analysis into clear business recommendations.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis methods and data integrity principles.
