Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data pipelines to support real-time reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
- Identify data quality issues and implement data cleaning and normalization processes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
