Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Translate complex findings into compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems and data quality
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance and ethics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical background with experience in A/B testing and predictive modeling
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business-relevant recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to C-level executives
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
