Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions and dashboards.
- Design, build, and maintain automated reporting pipelines using SQL and BI tools.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business initiatives.
- Develop predictive models to forecast churn, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Present data-driven narratives to senior leadership to guide decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
