Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated dashboards to track KPIs across multiple business units.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define success metrics for new features.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and churn risks.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, executive-ready presentations and reports.
- Clean, transform, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical analytical projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong command of Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts and their application in A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
