The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end data analysis process, from data mining and cleaning to the development of predictive models and executive dashboards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve business problems and optimize performance.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Modeling: Develop statistical models and algorithms to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- SQL Proficiency: Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from various databases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling reports for non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and recommend solutions to enhance data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Fintech or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
