Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create predictive models for customer churn, lifetime value, and market trends
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech/finance sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI and statistical packages
- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong business acumen with track record translating data to revenue impact
- Certifications in AWS/GCP data analytics or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex analysis projects with measurable outcomes
