Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of data delivery
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Demonstrable ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certifications in Tableau, Google Analytics, or AWS Data Analytics preferred
