Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects from data collection to executive presentation
- Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Perform statistical modeling and A/B testing to validate hypotheses
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- mentor junior analysts and improve team data literacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in B2B SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design background
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
