Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to validate product hypotheses
- Create executive-level reports translating complex findings into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality and governance frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years analyzing large datasets in B2B fintech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Experience with machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to translate data to ROI
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS Data Analytics, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end analytical projects
