Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust data models and analytical frameworks to solve complex business problems
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate analytics solutions into production systems
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time insights to business units
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure analytical integrity across all projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for data manipulation and analysis
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
