Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data quality frameworks and monitoring systems
- Translate complex findings into clear business recommendations for C-suite leadership
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool
- Strong statistical analysis background including hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL processes
