Responsibilities

- Develop statistical models to forecast market behavior and optimize business strategies
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and communicate results to non-technical audiences
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with proven impact in business strategy
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization)
- Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
