Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize user acquisition.
- Collaborate with product managers to define data requirements for new features.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify churn drivers.
- Ensure data integrity across our warehouse through rigorous validation processes.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in SQL and visualization techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong grasp of statistical methodologies and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
