Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behaviors
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations for non-technical audiences
- Optimize ETL processes for large-scale datasets (10M+ records)
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analysis with 2+ in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification or equivalent experience
- Strong background in statistical modeling and A/B testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business impact
