Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data integrity and pipeline reliability.
- Translate complex technical insights into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Perform A/B testing analysis to optimize product features and user experience.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Proven ability to manipulate large datasets and perform statistical modeling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate data findings clearly to executives.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
