Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and scalable reporting systems using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define, track, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Architect and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from Snowflake and other cloud-based data warehouses.
- Apply advanced statistical methods and A/B testing frameworks to validate product features and marketing campaigns.
- Automate repetitive data collection and cleaning tasks using Python-based ETL processes.
- Translate technical findings into compelling visual stories and strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in a data-centric role with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and hypothesis testing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
