Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated BI dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators for executive leadership.
- Develop complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from disparate sources into our centralized Snowflake data warehouse.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify market trends, customer churn patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design and analyze A/B tests that optimize user conversion funnels.
- Translate technical findings into non-technical presentations for stakeholders, ensuring data-driven strategies are adopted across the organization.
- Implement data validation scripts and quality assurance protocols to ensure the integrity and reliability of all reporting outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably within the SaaS or FinTech sectors.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake) and experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated mastery of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and probability distributions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders through compelling data narratives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.
