Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new analytical techniques and data models.
- Perform complex data cleansing, validation, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis, visualization, and machine learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-friendly language.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
