Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Automate reporting processes and maintain data governance standards
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Excellent communication with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
