Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Develop predictive models to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for data-driven experimentation
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics preferred
