Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection processes and pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives and storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts while establishing best practices in data governance and quality assurance
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects addressing emerging business challenges
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record in business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions with measurable KPIs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
