Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud-based ETL tools
- Create executive-level dashboards and interactive visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to drive product optimization decisions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define data collection requirements and instrumentation
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and storytelling
- Maintain data quality frameworks and implement automated validation protocols
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for documentation and reproducibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SaaS or tech products
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale relational databases
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and R
- Proven track record building complex analytical models and machine learning applications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects with measurable business outcomes
