Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create interactive dashboards and KPI reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product performance metrics
- Partner with engineering teams to implement data quality improvements and governance standards
- Present findings to leadership with clear data storytelling and actionable recommendations
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to solve complex business challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SaaS/tech industry background
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/Redshift) and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Experience with statistical modeling and experimental design methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Certifications in AWS/GCP data platforms preferred
