Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data analyses using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Automate reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights for operations and finance teams
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance and quality assurance
- Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record in SaaS or tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences
- Certification in Tableau, AWS Data Analytics, or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects and visualizations
