Responsibilities
- Design and maintain sophisticated dashboards in Tableau or Looker to visualize key business performance indicators.
- Execute deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define success metrics and measure the impact of new feature rollouts.
- Develop automated data pipelines and robust SQL queries to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Perform predictive modeling and cohort analysis to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
- Present data-driven recommendations to C-suite stakeholders to influence strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and advanced data manipulation tools (Python or R).
- Proven track record of data visualization excellence using industry-standard tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong grasp of statistical methods, A/B testing frameworks, and probability.
