Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualizations
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in data workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects and visualizations
