Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract and transform data from various sources.
- Create intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Tableau to track KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
