Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and improve data collection processes.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, executive-level presentations and reports.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain high-quality data pipelines and data warehouse integrity.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data manipulation and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics is highly preferred.
