Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and drive growth
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to non-technical leadership through clear visualizations and storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design knowledge
- Experience working in fintech or SaaS environments preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Advanced certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, AWS Certified Data Analytics)
