Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Create predictive models to forecast key business metrics (revenue, churn, etc.)
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain data quality standards and improve ETL processes
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in fintech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and statistical methods
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) with portfolio samples
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Google Analytics or Tableau preferred
