Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to support business forecasting and decision-making
- Document analytical processes and ensure data integrity across systems
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact on business outcomes
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing, A/B testing)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate analytics into business strategy
