You will bridge the gap between complex raw data and strategic business decisions, working directly with leadership to drive our product roadmap and operational efficiency.
We are looking for someone who doesn't just run queries, but understands the 'why' behind the numbers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau or Looker to track key performance indicators.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions and SQL queries.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
- Automate reporting workflows to improve team efficiency and data accuracy.
- Present data findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all internal reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and transformation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within cloud data environments such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
