Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Translate complex technical insights into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data integrity and pipeline reliability.
- Design and evaluate A/B experiments to optimize user engagement and retention features.
- Partner with product managers to define tracking requirements for new product launches.
- Provide ad-hoc quantitative support for strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of presenting to leadership.
- Experience working in a cloud-based data environment (AWS, GCP, or Snowflake).
