Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust cloud security solutions across AWS and Azure environments.
- Lead proactive threat hunting and incident response efforts for high-impact security events.
- Conduct deep-dive vulnerability assessments and manage remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate 'Security-as-Code' into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain security automation scripts to streamline compliance and monitoring.
- Advise stakeholders on emerging cyber threats and industry best practices.
- Manage identity and access management (IAM) lifecycle policies at scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or security architecture.
- Deep technical proficiency in cloud security (AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications highly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, and EDR/XDR platforms.
- Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash for security automation.
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks including SOC2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Proven ability to communicate complex security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
