Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain robust security architectures for cloud-native applications and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Conduct comprehensive security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management on internal and external systems.</li><li>Lead incident response efforts, including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery of security incidents.</li><li>Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.</li><li>Evaluate, recommend, and deploy new security technologies and tools to enhance our defensive capabilities.</li><li>Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline (DevSecOps).</li><li>Mentor junior security engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our security posture.</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field; Master's preferred.</li><li>5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity engineering or a similar security-focused role.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated security services.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or PowerShell for automation and security tool development.</li><li>Expertise in network security, intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, and SIEM solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR).</li><li>Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, OSCP are highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
