Sentinel Nexus Systems is seeking a visionary Senior Cybersecurity Architect to lead the design and implementation of resilient, enterprise-grade security frameworks. In this role, you will define the roadmap for protecting mission-critical cloud infrastructure and advanced networks.
You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate security-by-design principles, ensuring our global footprint remains impenetrable against emerging threats.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-level security architecture for multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and security audits of current infrastructure.
- Lead threat modeling exercises and vulnerability management strategy sessions.
- Develop and enforce zero-trust security policies across global enterprise networks.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance standards including SOC2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
- Mentor junior security engineers and promote a culture of security excellence.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of SIEM and SOAR platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity architecture or information security.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
- Deep understanding of encryption, IAM, PKI, and network security protocols.
- Proven track record of building secure systems in a cloud-native environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Go, or Bash) for security automation.
